5'7" 235 lbs Brown Salt/Pepper 07/03/1947 I was born and raised in Massachusetts. At an early age I knew that I wanted a career in Law Enforcement and age 21 I became the youngest police officer to ever be appointed in the state of Massachusetts. I served in the city of Revere as a patrol officer, motor-cycle officer, and detective. I received a great deal of training both as a police officer and private investigator. I was assigned to the Attorney General's Office where I worked undercover in a narcotics unit for 2 years during which time I unknowingly was gaining experience as an actor. I've developed most of my acting skills while conducting interviews and interrogations, because any successful investigator has to assume different personas to adapt to the subject, either witness or criminal. In 2008 I got my first feature role in the independent film 27 Down as Captain Flynn - Chief of the Detective Bureau of the Boston Police Department. I also served on the set as a technical advisor for scenes including proper weapons handling, handcuffing techniques, and tactical entry into buildings. I assisted in the choreography of holdup and accident scenes, and edited dialog of law enforcement characters. I have appeared in 4 other festival-bound films as a police detective as well as non-police supporting roles in 3 films, a TV commercial, and an infomercial. I am currently in pre-production for the film Revenge with a featured role as Special Agent Andrew Garnell in charge of the FBI office in Boston. I have just recently completed (co-authored) a mystery thriller novel which is currently sent out for queries from agents. For the most part, I've been lucky enough to reach the goals I have set in my life and right now I'm thoroughly enjoying my acting experience! FBI-trained hostage/crisis negotiator, extensive training in firearms, combat fighting, high-speed pursuit driving. Sports including basketball, ice skating, semi-professional bowling, football, baseball, and softball. Coach for basketball, softball, and football.
